Last Updated: 21 July 2026
Welcome to isoconsultantsksa.com. This website is operated under the FinSoul Network brand to provide ISO consultancy, management system implementation, documentation, training, internal audit, certification preparation, risk management, and related compliance support in Saudi Arabia.
By using this website or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
1. Our Services
FinSoul Network KSA provides professional consultancy and certification support based on the scope agreed in a quotation, proposal, or engagement letter.
Services may include gap assessments, ISO documentation, policy development, employee training, internal audits, risk assessments, audit preparation, system maintenance, and coordination with certification bodies.
The exact scope, timeline, fees, and deliverables will be stated in the relevant proposal.
2. Certification Disclaimer
FinSoul Network KSA is an ISO consultancy provider and is not the independent certification body responsible for issuing or maintaining ISO certificates unless expressly stated otherwise in writing.
Certification decisions are made solely by the selected accredited certification body. We cannot guarantee certification, accreditation, regulatory approval, tender qualification, SABER approval, Aramco registration, or any other third-party outcome.
3. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide complete and accurate information, documents, system access, employee cooperation, and management participation required for the assignment.
The client remains responsible for implementing agreed procedures, maintaining records, addressing non-conformities, and complying with applicable laws and industry requirements.
Delays caused by missing information, internal inaction, authority requirements, or certification-body schedules may affect the agreed timeline.
4. Fees and Payment
Consultancy fees, payment stages, taxes, and third-party charges will be stated in the approved proposal or invoice.
Government fees, certification-body charges, travel expenses, testing costs, translations, and other external charges are separate unless specifically included.
Work may be paused where an invoice remains unpaid. Fees already earned, third-party charges, and completed work are generally non-refundable.
5. Website Information
Website content is provided for general information and should not be treated as legal, regulatory, technical, or certification advice for a specific organisation.
Standards, authority requirements, fees, and certification procedures may change. A formal assessment is required before relying on information for business decisions.
6. Intellectual Property
Website content, reports, training material, templates, policies, and consultancy documents remain the intellectual property of FinSoul Network or the relevant owner.
Clients may use paid deliverables internally for the agreed organisation and certification scope. They may not resell, publish, copy, or distribute them without written permission.
7. Confidentiality and Data
We will take reasonable steps to protect confidential information received during an engagement. Information may be shared with consultants, network firms, auditors, certification bodies, or service providers where necessary to deliver the agreed services.
Personal information is handled according to our Privacy Policy.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Saudi law, FinSoul Network will not be responsible for indirect losses, lost profits, lost contracts, business interruption, certification-body decisions, government delays, or losses resulting from inaccurate client information.
Our total liability relating to a paid engagement will not exceed the consultancy fees paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
9. Third-Party Services
Certification bodies, testing laboratories, government platforms, software providers, and regulatory authorities operate independently from FinSoul Network.
We are not responsible for their processing times, fees, technical failures, decisions, or changes in requirements.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate an engagement according to the approved proposal. We may suspend or terminate services where payments are overdue, information is misleading, cooperation is not provided, or the requested activity may violate applicable law.
Fees for completed work and committed third-party costs will remain payable.
11. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of Saudi Arabia.
